How To Plant And Plow In Farmville Without A Headache
Posted by: Guest Author Post date: March 18th, 2011
When people play Farmville, they want to be able to grow as many crops as possible on their land, so they might plow almost all of it. It\’s a strategy that seems to make a lot of sense, at least on the surface. Unfortunately, after they finish plowing all that land, Farmville players might discover something that makes them stop dead in their tracks.
They realize that, with the number of coins they have left, they can\’t afford to purchase seeds to plant in all the plots that they plowed! This is not a fun situation.
You don\’t have to be that person, though. If you want to ensure that you\’ll always have enough coins to purchase crops for ALL of your plots, you just have to do a bit of thinking ahead.
It\’s not hard, really. First, just count how many plowed plots you have or plan to have, and then multiply that number by the amount of coins it takes to plow a plot, which is 15. For example, if you have 96 plots, the math will look like this: 96 plots x 15 coins = 1,440 coins to plow all plots.
But wait! Don\’t start plowing yet! That\’s only the first part of the planning process!
If you were to start to plow now, you might not be able to afford to plant crops in all your plots. That would nullify the importance of the planning process!
The good news is that you\’re nearly done. The next step is to figure out what you want to plant.
Let\’s take strawberries, for example. Strawberries cost 10 coins, so if you have 96 plots, it will cost 960 coins to plant them in all of your plots.
The last part of the planning process is just to take your plowing cost and add it to your crop cost. The costs from our examples are 1,440 coins and 960 coins, respectively. If the number you get from adding those two costs together exceeds the number of coins that you have in the bank, then you know you can\’t afford to plant as many crops as you had hoped. Instead, you might want to only plow and plant half of your field.
All that explanation above basically boils down to this formula: (Plot Number x 15) + (Plot Number x Crop Cost) = Total Cost for Plowing and Planting.
Running out of coins before you have a chance to plant is a frustrating situation. But it\’s also an unnecessary situation. If you just take a few minutes to plan and go through the math before you plow and plant crops, you\’ll be able plow and plant smartly, which means saving coins. Give it a try!

Child Safety – One Of The Top Concerns
Posted by: Guest Author Post date: March 18th, 2011
First-time parents don\’t get to perfect it on their first try. Yes, it is the most wonderful feeling, coupled with the task of providing not only the essential needs but also going the extra mile to ensure your kid is protected at home.
Before my first child was born, I actually tried to imitate a baby just to have their viewpoint of the world – I crawled down on my hands and knees. A button, a dime, and a toothpick were among the items I recovered from the floor. I also observed that there were open wall sockets where babies can stick anything into it and several small things lying on the floor that they might swallow. I always had my sights on him anywhere he goes from the time he started to walk. Our house had the absences of safety gates, outlet covers, door barriers, furniture or hearth cushions, window guards, and detachable gates for pets and babies As probable as we could, to create a risk-free environment for our baby, we had to be observant all the time and merely followed him wherever he went and whatever he did. What we lacked before in child safety products can now be purchased in stores.
A happy and risk-free surrounding for your kid while growing up and for you to keep your composure, can be achieved by performing numerous tasks without making him feel trapped inside his own home. As a rule, if a thing is small and fits the hole of a toilet paper tube, then your child can\’t have it. When children discover things, they tend to place it in their mouths. Peruse the rooms in your home for anything on the floor that could cause your child to choke if put in the mouth. Do not allow your child to play with balloons ever. There have been deaths from children swallowing balloons. From what I learned, a friend of mine gave his brother a balloon as an amusement and tragically his brother accidentally died from it.
Safety gates are very useful for limiting the accessibility of children in particular areas in the house such as the staircase, kitchen, and most of all the pool area. When you place your baby on the changing table or high chair, be sure to secure him or her with a safety belt. Do not leave your baby unattended on the bed or furniture. If you have matches, cleaners, poisons or medications in or around your home, keep them in a locked cabinet and out of sight.
Electrocution, suffocation and strangulation can cause accidental deaths and to prevent these from happening, we try to avoid their sources. The baby\’s crib must be positioned away from electrical cords, curtains and curtain cords. Another concern is when bathing your child in the bath tub, do not leave them alone even for a second because your child might lose his/her balance and drown himself/herself. All of these are advises from the American Academy of Family Physicians. In one year alone, there were 3,582 deaths from unintentional drowning either in bathtubs, pools, buckets (believe it or not, babies or a small child can drown in less than two inches of water), or toilets (make sure you put a toilet lock in place). Inspect all toys are harmless for children to play with. Houseplants are not toys, so keep them in a place where the children can\’t reach it.
Children that are endangered in their homes have reached more than 2 million every year. Before the baby arrives, do some detective work around your home and prepare for the arrival of your life-changing bundle of joy. Nevertheless, the best shield for your child is perpetual guidance apparently. It is best that you are kept informed of your children\’s activities and whereabouts. As your child grows into an adolescent, you\’ll be all set for the next life\’s chapter. Be familiar with the activities of your children, who their friends are, where they usually go and what they usually do. Before you know it, they are already parents themselves and their children will be able to depend on them as they depended on you.
